Our signature Nonya-style Sambal Chilli Fish Fillet is a time-honored recipe perfected over more than 30 years. Featuring a rich sambal made from over 15 finely ground spices, the sauce is slow-cooked for over 10 hours to achieve deep, complex flavors. Each fillet is topped generously with this aromatic sambal and fresh herbs, then neatly wrapped in aluminium foil for fuss-free BBQ-ing.
